We do not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools, or any tracking services.

Who processes data on our behalf
- Web3Forms, the service that receives the website forms and forwards them to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail), the email service we use to receive and answer messages.
- The hosting service that serves the website (Cloudflare).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
External links
If you write to us on WhatsApp or open our Booking.com page, your data is processed by those services under their own privacy notices. Our website shows booked dates by reading the Booking.com calendar, without sending any visitor data to Booking.com.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the forms are kept for as long as needed to answer and handle your request. Data linked to bookings and purchases is kept for the period required by tax and civil law, normally 10 years. Technical browsing data is kept for a short time by the hosting service.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set cookies. It only uses temporary technical browser storage to remember the language chosen on the wine label pages, which is cleared when you close the tab. No consent is therefore required.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Art. 15 and following GDPR), by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority in your country.
Providing your data
Sending us your data through the forms is optional, but without your name, email and the requested details we cannot answer your request.
