Shepherd's life
A visit to the farm to see up close the daily life of a shepherd and everything involved in raising sheep.

A walk among the vine rows, a visit to the winery and an aperitivo with a tasting of two of our wines.
Seen from the road, the rows of vines follow the hills like lines drawn by hand. Up close, each plant winds around its supports in an untidy, living way. In winter the vineyard seems asleep: the leaves fall and only the bare skeleton remains. In spring it is reborn: the green leaves open and fill the gaps like hands reaching for the light.
Autumn brings the colours, red, orange and yellow, and the bunches of Vermentino, Syrah and Cannonau ripen in the warm sun, waiting for the harvest. Walking among the rows means listening to the vineyard: knowing when to step in, when to wait and, sometimes, watching nature do more or less as it pleases. The vineyard is daily work, dedication and art.

Shearing is a celebration. When the first hot days arrive and the afternoon sun grows heavy, it is time to free the sheep from their winter fleece.

An experience devoted to getting to know the olive tree: its features, its care, the harvest and how the oil is made.
